Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Jazeera360 platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Jazeera360 ("Platform"). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Jazeera360. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not create accounts using automated methods or on behalf of others without explicit authorisation.
• Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Use of the Platform

Jazeera360 provides a community marketplace where users can post advertisements, request services, and connect with local and global businesses. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content or listings.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Scrape, spider, or harvest platform data without written permission.
• Circumvent any technical access controls or security measures.
• List prohibited items including counterfeit goods, weapons, illegal substances, or stolen property.

6. Content Ownership & Licence

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content, you grant Jazeera360 a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

7. Fees & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription or credits. All fees are displayed prior to purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Promotions & Advertisements

Paid promotions and banner advertisements are subject to admin approval. Jazeera360 reserves the right to reject or remove any promotional content at its sole discretion without refund if content violates platform policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jazeera360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or liability. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
