User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between you and Jazeera360 for your use of the platform as a registered member — whether as a standard User or a Business User. This Agreement supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Your Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Keep your profile information accurate and up to date.
• Do not share your credentials with third parties.
• Report any suspected breach of your account to support immediately.

2. Community Standards

Jazeera360 is built around community. All members agree to:

• Treat other users with respect and professionalism.
• Communicate honestly and transparently in all marketplace interactions.
• Honour commitments made through the platform (service requests, ad leads, appointments).
• Report violations or suspicious behaviour using the in-platform reporting tools.

3. Posting Advertisements

When posting an advertisement or service listing, you agree that:

• The listing accurately describes the goods or services offered.
• Pricing, availability, and terms are current and truthful.
• You hold the legal right to sell, offer, or advertise the listed item or service.
• Listings comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• No listing will contain offensive imagery, hate speech, or discriminatory content.

4. Business User Obligations

If you register as a Business User, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate business information including legal business name, category, and contact details.
• Maintain a professional standard in all communications with potential clients.
• Comply with all applicable business licensing and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
• Not misrepresent qualifications, certifications, or business credentials.
• Respond to verified service requests and leads in a timely manner.

5. Promotions & Sponsored Content

Promoted listings and banner advertisements are subject to admin review and approval. You acknowledge that:

• Approval is not guaranteed and Jazeera360 may decline any promotion without providing a reason.
• Promotion fees are charged upon submission; approved promotions run for the selected duration.
• Jazeera360 may remove a promotion that later violates platform policy; no refund will be issued for the removed period.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, and content you upload must either be owned by you or properly licensed. You grant Jazeera360 permission to display this content as part of your public profile or listing. You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

7. Dispute Resolution Between Users

Jazeera360 provides a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between users. In the event of a dispute:

• Attempt to resolve the issue directly with the other party first.
• If unresolved, contact our support team who will mediate where possible.
• Jazeera360's decision in platform-level disputes is final.
• Legal disputes between users are outside our jurisdiction and must be handled through appropriate legal channels.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Jazeera360 may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
• Receive multiple verified complaints from other users.
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or abuse the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Active subscription fees are non-refundable.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of Jazeera360 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
